    An important source of bibliographical information for researchers, Lustrum publishes extensive annotated bibliographies and review essays that focus on particular classical authors or topics. They are generally written by well-known specialists. Often the bibliographies attempt exhaustive coverage for a period of years. Most issues include two or three works, although a few contain only a single book-length bibliography.
